I’ve spent months exploring different studios and learning from various teachers, even considering continuing my practice on my own. (Yes, i have been reading proper yoga book and practising it myself)

I joined my wife and daughter to attend group yoga classes at Be Present studio.
I am new to yoga and also have neck pain issues which I am managing with visits to a physiotherapist. As such, I decided to start some private yoga sessions with teacher Chris. During the private yoga sessions, she has addressed my condition by including self massage techniques and breathing therapy to manage pain. She identifies my strengths, weakness and tailors the lessons accordingly.
I have seen improvement in my pain management and feel more confident joining group classes. I am very grateful to teacher Chris for her guidance and support.
