I attended this yoga studio for two months while visiting Malaysia and highly recommend it! The instructor Chris is very kind and welcoming and made me feel like part of the regular community. She shares lots of helpful knowledge about anatomy and in all the different classes instructions are very clear, the reasons behind the movements explained, and attention is given to every individual to make corrections if needed. Thank you Chris, be Present was one of the highlights of my trip!

Took a private antenatal yoga session with teacher Chris. The teacher was very mindful for tailoring the session for my specific trimester.
I learnt a lot from the session and it releases my stress physicians mentally.
The ambience was clean, organised, soothing and accepting.

Yoga was difficult for me and usually I give up after some time due to my limitation caused by my rod in my spine (had a scoliosis surgery in the past). I restarted my practice back in end Dec last year and found Teacher Chris. She is a great, knowledgeable, passionate and caring teacher.
She always start her classes on the importance and basics that we need to pay attention too so that we know why will we need to do it.
She begin with smaller movement so that we could remember which muscle to engage in an easier pose and how to do it correctly before it progresses to the actual pose. This is very helpful for me with the current body limitation that I have.
Her Pranayama class has been very beneficial for me too. Her instructions are well structured, clear, easy to follow and easy to remember. She emphasizes on how do the basics right. Breathing the right way is truly important in improving our quality of life, both physically and mentally.
Appreciate Teacher Chris’s guidance that help me to find joy, confidence and interest in my journey in learning yoga in a wholesome and fulfilling way, even with the limitations that I have.
